I am excited to announce my Health & Wellness Tour to kick-off Summer 2025.

I will be visiting various cities & towns and sharing my personal transformation journey.

At each location I will be hosting the following:

Speaking Event

Deliver a motivational talk with busy professionals about the importance of making health & wellness your #1 priority.

Run Meet-Up

Host a friendly run through a local run/triathlon club or fitness organization and an informal chat about wellness mindset.

School Visit

Visit a local middle or high school and speak with students about the importance of having a daily fitness and nutrition routine.

Sponsors and Brands

I am looking for sponsors who would be interested in coming along with me on this journey; specifically health & wellness brands that align with my mission. I am offering cross-promotion through signage, samples to distribute, social media posts, etc.
